After last year's success at our Warhammer 40k tournament which summoned an international crowd of gamers. Preparations are furiously under way to make this year even better.
BASIC RULES
- Armies will consist of 2150 points using a standard force organization chart. The Warhammer 40k 4th Edition Rules will be used.
- Players will supply three 40mm mission objective markers that should be themed with their army.
- Players will supply 3 VIP models for their army. They will be based on the most common sized base for the army list taken to the tournament. (By army model count)
- Rules and Army Lists marked as "Trial", "Optional", or "Opponent's Permission" are not allowed. In addition.
- Imperial Armor units may not be used. (With the exception of those which are simply another model from a unit in a 40k codex)
- Special Characters are allowed, assuming that they are playable at 2,150 pts.
- All models MUST be fully painted. Any army with one unpainted model will be awarded a "0" score for appearance.
- What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG). If you wish to use an item, it must be represented on the figure.
- You must provide access to your own rules (which include the actual Codex(s) used for your army or supplementary approved material.), dice, templates, pen/pencil, calculator, or anything else you'll need during the course of regular play.
- A separate printed army list is required for the judges and each of your opponents.
- All missions shall be labeled "Standard", "City Fight", or "Jungle fight" There will be tables including Standard, City fight, and Jungle fight scenarios. Brush up on these aspects of Warhammer 40k. The best general here will have to be ready to fight out of his element.
- Points will be accumulated through Battle, Army Composition, and Army appearance.
- All rulings of tournament judges are final.
Rules packets including point-by-point breakdowns, tournament missions, daily schedules, and other details will be sent to those who pre-register for the event with us.
